OM3 Heart Brain Vision 60 Capsules contain a fish oil concentrated to 80% Omega-3. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the normal functioning of the brain and the maintenance of normal vision (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 250 mg of DHA per day). Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to normal heart function (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 250 mg of DHA and EPA a day).

Directions for use
Take 3 capsules a day, preferably at the start of a meal and at bedtime.

Precautions for use
It is advisable to follow the recommended doses, ensure a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask your doctor for advice. Keep out of reach of young children.

Composition
fish oil titrated in epa and dha (antioxidant: extracts rich in tocopherols), capsule tunic (fish gelatin, humectant: glycerine).
