OM3 Cod Liver Oil 120 Capsules provides 440 mg of cod liver oil daily and an average of 1.3 µg of vitamin D and 159 µg of vitamin A. Vitamin A contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal.
