Oemine P.S.O. 180 Capsules is a concentrate of marine lecithin omega 3 phospholipids for the skin.

Oemine P.S.O. capsules contain concentrated marine lecithin combined with a little laminaria algae. The phospholipids in marine lecithin are the closest to those found in the body. They are the major constituent of cell membranes. Oemine P.S.O. (omega-3 soluble phospholipids) differs from vegetable lecithins in that it contains omega-3 (DHA/EPA), unlike soy lecithin, which contains omega-6. Oemine P.S.O. also contains choline, phosphorus, and the essential fatty acids that make it so interesting. This product now also contains iodine-rich algae. The iodine in this dietary supplement helps maintain normal skin (within the recommended dosage).

Thanks to its high DHA/EPA content, this supplement can also help maintain normal vision and cardiovascular balance.

Directions for use
4 capsules morning and evening with a glass of water, just before meals, taken regularly for at least 6 to 8 months.

Precautions for use
Oemine P.S.O is manufactured to current standards. Its dosage respects the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) and must be used at the indicated dose. Oemine P.S.O should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet, and should be kept out of the reach of children.
