Nutergia Ergymag 45 Capsules is a dietary supplement rich in marine magnesium, B vitamins and zinc.Ergymag is rich in 4 forms of magnesium, vitamins B2, B3, B5 and B6, which contribute to the reduction of fatigue and a normal energy metabolism. Magnesium also helps to keep the muscular system working properly. Magnesium and vitamins B3 and B6 help to maintain the nervous system and psychological functions involved in stress management. Ergymag is also rich in zinc, which contributes to normal acid-base metabolism, to deacidify the body.

When is it recommended?
Ergymag can be taken over a period of 1 to 3 months with the possibility of renewing intake according to the body's needs or the advice of a health professional.

Directions for use
2 to 3 capsules a day. It can be taken with or without a meal, morning and/or evening, with no effect on its efficacy. Ergymag may be recommended from the age of 12. Ergymag is compatible with pregnancy.

magnesium citrate and bisglycinate, marine magnesium (magnesium oxide), magnesium carbonate, zinc gluconate, vitamins b1 (thiamine hydrochloride), b2 (riboflavin), b3 (nicotinamide), b5 (calcium d-pantothenate), b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) and b8 (d-biotin), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and calcium phosphate.
