Descriptions
Nutergia Ergyfibral 12 Cubes are fruit and plant-based chewable cubes rich in fibre and magnesium. They contain oat fibre to promote regular bowel movements, and together with green aniseed, they help maintain good intestinal transit. Rhubarb and prune also add fibre to the formula. Ergyfibral also contains chamomile, glutamine and magnesium. No preservatives, no colouring, no artificial flavouring.

When is it recommended?
Ergyfibral may be recommended in the case of a diet low in fibre and in the case of sluggish transit.

Directions for use
1 to 2 chewable cube(s) per day, outside of meals, with a large glass of water (200 ml). The box contains 12 cubes of 10g (total net weight: 120g). Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature below 25°C and away from moisture.

Precautions for use
Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. The advice of a health professional is recommended in the event of prolonged use (rhubarb). Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

oat fibre 27.7% (avena sativa l.) [gluten], prune paste 22% (prunus domestica l.), fructo-oligosaccharides (fos), rhubarb paste 20% (cane sugar, rhubarb 42% [rheum x hybridum murray], gelling agent: fruit pectin), sunflower oil (helianthus annuus l.), chamomile extract 2.5% (matricaria recutita l.), magnesium carbonate, green anise extract 1% (pimpinella anisum l.), natural prune flavour, l-glutamine.
