Nutergia Ergycalm 250 ml is a dietary supplement based on hawthorn, horehound, lemon balm and trace elements.

In case of :
- difficulty falling asleep.
- waking up at night.
- uneasiness.

Nutergia Ergycalm is composed of plants with a serenalising effect, contributing to quality sleep. The formula is rounded out by trace elements from marine and clay waters, in particular magnesium, which contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system. No alcohol, no sugar, no sweeteners, no artificial flavouring.

When is it recommended?
Nutergia Ergycalm may be recommended during difficulties falling asleep, waking up at night, in cases of ‘malaise’ or during smoking cessation.

Composition
Clay water filtrate and seawater concentrate, stabiliser: natural glycerine, extracts of crataegus oxyacantha (hawthorn), ballota nigra (horehound), melissa officinalis (lemon balm), preservative: potassium sorbate; zinc chloride, natural flavour, acidifier: lactic acid.

Directions for use
1 to 2 dose(s)-cap / day in ½ glass of water outside of mealtimes. Consume as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, without exceeding the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children and at T° < 25° C. Use as soon as possible after opening.
