Nutergia Ergy 3 60 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on wild fish oil.

In case of:
- need for cardiovascular protection.
- need to maintain triglyceride levels.

Nutergia Ergy 3 is an original combination of anchovy and wild sardine oils, rich in Omega 3 essential fatty acids (EPA and DHA). It is recognised that EPA and DHA intake at a dose of:

- 250 mg per day supports heart function.
- 2 g per day helps to maintain triglyceridemia
- 3 g per day helps to maintain blood pressure.

Complementary daily intake of EPA and DHA together may not exceed 5 g.

When is it recommended?
Nutergia Ergy 3 may be recommended when there is a need for cardiovascular protection (abnormal blood triglycerides and/or blood pressure). Don't hesitate to ask a healthcare professional for advice.

Directions for use
