Directions for use
By mouth: place on a neutral base (sugar, honey, bread) or dilute in a little vegetable oil.
Adults: 1 drop 4 to 5 times a day.Children aged over 7: 1 drop 1 to 2 times a day.
1ml = approximately 20 drops.
1 drop = approximately 45 mg.
For adults and children aged over 7. Do not use during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Do not use for prolonged periods. Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. Essential oils must be used with caution. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
