Naturactive Fish 30 Capsules. Fish oil provides omega-3 fatty acids which contribute to healthy heart function.

Directions for use
Oral route. 3 capsules per day (i.e. 1.2 g of fish oil per day, including 300 mg of EPA/DHA) to be taken with a large glass of water. To be taken for 3 months, and repeated if necessary after medical assessment.

Precautions for use
Only for adults. This dietary supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and as part of a healthy lifestyle. Follow the recommended daily doses. For your health, eat at least 5 fruit and vegetables a day.

Taken from the flesh of oily fish.
