Naturactive Blueberry 30 Capsules is often used for vision. In particular, it improves night vision.

Directions for use
Oral route. For adults only (aged 15 and over). 1 capsule morning and evening (i.e. 400 mg bilberry fruit extract per day) to be taken with a large glass of water.

Precautions for use
Does not recommend during pregnancy or when breast-feeding. This dietary supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and as part of a healthy lifestyle. Respect the recommended daily doses. For your health, eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day.

The bilberry is abundant in Europe's mid-mountain regions. At the end of summer, its dense bushes bear a multitude of small blue-black berries, which the inhabitants harvest with a ‘comb’.
