Lehning Zen&Calm 40 Tablets is a herbal, vitamin and mineral-based dietary supplement designed to help you relax, unwind and naturally reduce stress.

Directions for use
Take 1 to 2 tablets a day, preferably in the morning and evening with meals, with a glass of water. A programme of 1 to 3 months is recommended, to be repeated if necessary.

Precautions for use
Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Not recommended for people taking antidepressants. For adults only. Do not exceed the daily dose of tablets indicated.

Composition
maltodextrin, angelica extract (angelica archangelica l.) (root), oat extract (avenasativa l.) (seed), magnesium hydroxide, grifonia extract (grifonia simplicifolia baill. ) (seed), anti-caking agents: tricalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate; lemon balm extract (melissa offcinalis l.) (leaf), zinc bisglycinate, riboflavin (vitamin b2), vitamin b6, thiamine (vitamin b1).
