Botanical details
Official Lavender is an aromatic evergreen shrub. It can be grown in northern regions and at low altitudes. In the wild, it grows mainly in the Alpes de Haute Provence, at altitude (between 800 and 1600m), its yield is low and it is difficult to harvest.

Directions for use
For foodstuffs: use limited to 1 drop per kg of preparation.

Cautions for use
Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or children under 6 years of age.
