Hydratis Hydration Solution 20 Effervescent Tablets Peach optimises hydration, boosts energy and concentration, promotes muscle recovery and supports metabolism.

Hydratis is a solution based on mineral salts and electrolytes to help optimise the body's hydration. Mineral salts and electrolytes are important nutrients that help maintain water balance in the body and regulate vital functions.

Hydratis helps increase mineral salt and electrolyte content. Useful for people who exercise intensely or spend a lot of time in hot, dry conditions, as it can help prevent dehydration and muscle cramps.

Directions for use
Hydratis can be taken from the age of 3.

- Daily hydration: 1 lozenge in the morning and evening for better energy and concentration.

- Sport: 2 lozenges in your water bottle to be taken during and after exercise for better endurance and recovery (against cramps and aches). Repeat as often as necessary.

- Alcohol consumption: 2 lozenges in a glass of water before going to bed and repeat in the morning to help you get through the day.

Precautions for use
Never place directly in the mouth. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose of 5 lozenges per day. For adults and children over 3 years of age only. In the event of pregnancy, breast-feeding, kidney disease, diabetes, or if this product is taken in conjunction with medication, seek the advice of a doctor. Use as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. It is recommended that you drink at least 2 litres of water a day. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
