Directions for use
Adults. Take 1 tablet a day. 30 minutes before bedtime.

Precautions for use
For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Not recommended for people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, or liver or kidney failure. It is strongly recommended that you consult your doctor if you are taking medication or if you suffer from epilepsy, asthma, mood, behaviour or personality disorders. Not recommended for people who have to carry out activities requiring sustained vigilance, where drowsiness could pose a safety problem. Limited to occasional use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Eat a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
