Directions for use
To enjoy the full flavour and properties of the herbs in your infusion, pour simmering water over one teabag and drink 3 to 4 cups per day. Leave to infuse for 4 minutes before drinking, preferably in the morning and/or at lunchtime.

Precautions for use
Do not use during the first trimester of pregnancy. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 12 years of age or people with heart problems. Not recommended if taking medication (particularly heart medication, anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents). Not suitable for people with allergies to lemon balm, lime blossom, chamomile, or plants of the Asteraceae family. It is recommended to follow the recommended doses, ensure a varied and balanced diet, and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
