Granions Marine Collagen 258 g is a highly dosed dietary supplement designed to provide multiple benefits for skin, bone and muscle. Each daily portion provides 10g of type I marine collagen, hydrolysed into low molecular weight peptides for optimal assimilation by the body. Enriched with natural vitamin C from acerola, this formula promotes beautiful skin, healthy joints and the maintenance of muscle mass.

Directions for use
Take 10g a day, divided into 1 or 2 portions, to be dissolved in a large glass of water, fruit juice or the hot drink of your choice. Use of a shaker optimises the dissolution of the powder. For optimum dissolution, we recommend putting the powder in the glass or cup before pouring the drink. Separating the two doses is beneficial for complete assimilation of the active ingredients. This jar makes 25 daily portions. 3-month programme recommended. To be consumed within one month of opening.
