Directions for use
Apply a dab of cream to the top of the foot, then massage over the whole foot, paying particular attention to reflex points or areas of high stress. Repeat 2/3 days before a sporting event or use daily if feet are dry.

Precautions for use
Do not use for children under 30 months.

flax oil, minty, camphor, lemon, witch hazel: horse chestnut, water, cetearyl alcohol, caprylic, capric triglyceride, linseed oil, glycerin, menthol, malodextrin, peeled lemon oil, sodium lauryl sulphate, sodium cetearyl sulphate, benzoate sodium, potassium sorbate, undecylenamide, glyceryl stearate, peg-100, camphor, sorbic acid, horse chestnut extract, with witch hazel extract (virgin witch hazel), citral, limonene.
