Descriptions
Elastoplast Healing Ointment 20 g aids the healing of minor superficial wounds such as cuts, scrapes, abrasions, 1st degree burns and light 2nd degree burns. It is suitable for babies and damaged, irritated, sensitive or dry skin. It can be used on open wounds.

Directions for use
Stop bleeding. Gently cleanse and dry the wound or skin area. Gently apply the healing ointment in a thin layer once or twice a day. Make sure that the tube does not come into direct contact with the wound. Repeat the application regularly until healing is complete. It can be used at any stage of the healing process. It is advisable to cover the wound with a plaster, bandage or compress, if necessary. Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, change the plaster daily.

Precautions for use
Contact a doctor in the case of larger wounds with a lot of exudate or signs of infection. Consult a doctor if in doubt about the severity of burns. For external use only. Consult a doctor in the event of redness, swelling or pain in the wound area, if the condition worsens or if the wound healing process does not begin after a few days. For breast-feeding women, consult a doctor before use. Do not use in combination with latex condoms as Elastoplast healing ointment may reduce the resistance to tearing and therefore the safety of condoms.

Do not use
On mucous membranes, in or near the eyes. In combination with other preparations for topical use on the same area, such as creams. In association with anionic surfactants, soaps, oils, gels, etc. In the event of a known allergy to one of the ingredients. In the event of an allergic reaction, discontinue use of Elastoplast Healing Ointment. Continuous use for more than 30 days. Do not ingest.
