Eafit Pure Creatine 90 Capsules is a creatine-based food supplement, which improves physical capacity in the event of successive series of very intense short-duration exercises at a dose of 3 g per day. Naturally produced by the body, creatine is involved in the resynthesis of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the cell's energy source, during very intense exercise. During these short periods, the body has no time to regenerate its ATP, which can limit performance.

Directions for use
Take 3 capsules twice a day, in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening at bedtime, with a glass of fruit juice (or water). 2-week programme, repeated if necessary.
