Eafit BCAA 4:1:1 80 Tablets is a dietary supplement formulated with valine, leucine and isoleucine, so-called ‘branched-chain’ amino acids that are naturally present in muscle tissue. They are essential to our bodies, which are unable to synthesise them and must be supplied by the diet or supplements. The 4:1:1 ratio is the actual ratio of muscle BCAA metabolism in the human body. Sugar-free, aspartame-free.

Directions for use
Take 4 tablets a day, preferably 2 tablets 1.5 hours before training or an event and 2 tablets 1.5 hours after training with a large glass of water. To be taken during periods of intensive training or competition over 20 days, repeated at least 20 days apart.

It is advisable to consume this supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
