Dolpic Heating Balm 100 ml is a treatment to help prepare for and recover from sports and relieve muscle and joint tension. Dolpic Heating Balm is a balm based on capsaicin, a chilli extract (from Latin America), lavender oil, thyme oil and geranium oil. It should be rubbed in 30 minutes before sport to help warm up and limit muscle contractions and joint pain, and after sport to speed up recovery and prevent muscle soreness. It can also be used as a massage to relieve everyday muscle and joint tension. The Dolpic Warming Balm no longer provides a sensation of heat 30 minutes after cleansing the skin with soap.

Directions for use
Apply to joints, 30 minutes before any muscular exertion.

Precautions for use
Do not swallow. Do not use on children under the age of 15. Test on a small area before use. Do not use on pregnant women. Do not use in the event of allergy to substances of related activity or to any component of this product. Do not expose to sunlight or heat. Do not put in contact with eyes, mucous membranes, oozing dermatitis, infected lesions or wounds, or under an occlusive plaster. Do not apply to breasts if breast-feeding. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If irritation persists, consult a doctor. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. If swallowed, call your nearest poison control centre.
