Codifra Normalite Sleep 30 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on fish oil, minerals, vitamins, melatonin and S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe). He is made up of melatonin, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. The formula also contains vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

Directions for use
1 capsule in the evening before bedtime. 1-month programme.

Precautions for use
It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Not recommended for children and Teenagers, people suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases, or people who have to carry out activities requiring sustained alertness. Composition
Fish oil containing docosahexaenoic acid (dha) and eicosapentaenoic acid (epa), tunic: fish skin gelatin, calcium carbonate, soya oil, humectant: glycerol, magnesium oxide of marine origin, thickener: beeswax, zinc citrate, s-adenosyl-l-methionine (same) obtained by biofermentation (does not contain yeast), vitamin e (d-alpha tocopherol) of natural origin, vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin.
