CLÉMENT THÉKAN TETRAMETHRIN SHAMPOO 200 ML

Descriptions
Clément Thékan Tetramethrin Shampoo 200 ml is indicated for the treatment of infestations by fleas, lice and ticks. In dogs and cats.

Posology
External veterinary use. Use approximately 1.5 mL of shampoo per kg of body weight (i.e. 1.5 mg of tetramethrin per kg) corresponding to approximately 25 mL of shampoo for a 15 kg animal.

Directions for use
Read the instructions carefully before use. Wet the animal thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply the shampoo to the back and neck, taking care to avoid the eyes. Rub vigorously, adding water if necessary, to obtain a rich lather to spread over the animal's entire body. Leave for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Repeat the treatment twice a week if necessary.

Contra-indications
Do not use on a sick or convalescent animal or one with extensive skin lesions.

Precautions for use
In the animal: Avoid contact with the animal's eyes or mouth. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use on kittens under 2 months of age. In the person administering the veterinary medicine: Wash hands after use. Do not smoke, drink or eat during application. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental exposure with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, consult a doctor. Keep away from food and drink, including pet food.

Other precautions
Tetramethrin may have a toxic effect on aquatic organisms. Do not allow dogs to bathe in watercourses in the days following application of the product.

Special storage precautions
Do not store above 25°C.
