Boiron Mag'Nuit 30 Capsules is a dietary supplement combining 3 components for a global action:
- Magnesium which contributes to normal psychological functions. It helps to relax and prepare the body for sleep.
- Lemon balm to help you fall asleep and get a good night's sleep,
- Grape-seed polyphenols with antioxidant properties.

Directions for use
Adults and teenagers over the age of 12: 2 capsules a day, to be taken in the evening before bedtime with a little water.
