Bayer Euphytose Night LP 1.9 mg 15 Tablets is a melatonin and plant-based dietary supplement to contribute to a better night's sleep. Thanks to a double-layer tablet, EuphytoseNuit LP 1.9mg delivers:
- In rapid release, an adapted dose of 1mg of melatonin to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep as well as eschscholtzia and valerian to help with optimal relaxation.
- In extended release, for 8 hours, a dose of 0.9mg of melatonin and valerian to maintain quality sleep.

In EuphytoseNuit LP 1.9mg, melatonin is combined with eschscholtzia and valerian in its immediate release to ensure relaxation and a faster fall asleep, then with a higher dose of valerian in its extended release for sleep quality and relaxation.

Directions for use
Only for adults. 1 tablet per day to be taken before bedtime. For occasional use. 1 box of 15 tablets = 15 nights' sleep.

Precautions for use
To be used in addition to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the daily dose. Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of young children. For adults (18 years) only. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, for people suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases, or before an activity which could pose a safety problem in the event of drowsiness. Medical advice is required for people under medical supervision (in particular epileptics, asthmatics, people suffering from mood, behaviour or personality disorders), or taking medication (in particular sedatives).
