Directions for use
Before any exposure to the sun, apply evenly to the face and/or body. Reapply frequently for prolonged exposure, and after each bath.

Don't expose yourself to the sun during the hottest hours of the day, i.e. from 11am to 3pm. Use sun care (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, T-shirt, etc.). Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun. To respect the level of protection indicated by the ‘sun protection factor’, a layer of 2 mg/cm² of skin should be applied, which corresponds to around 36 grams (6 heaped teaspoons) of sun care cream for an adult's body.
