Directions for use
Apply the photoprotective product before exposure to the sun. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or toweling off. Avoid exposure to the sun between 12pm and 4pm. The use of a photoprotective product should not encourage you to stay in the sun for long periods.

Do not expose yourself to the sun during the hottest hours, i.e. between 11am and 3pm. Use sun care products (wide-brimmed hats, sunglasses, T-shirts, etc.). Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun. To respect the level of protection indicated by the ‘sun protection factor’, a layer of 2 mg/cm² of skin should be applied, which corresponds to around 36 grams (6 heaped teaspoons) of sun care cream for an adult's body.
