Description
Arkopharma Séroxyl 60 Capsules is a non-addictive dietary supplement based on valerian, L-tryptophan and vitamin B6. Valerian helps with stressful situations or stress-induced tension.

Work, lifestyle, overwork... there are many causes of stress. Valerian contributes to relaxation, making it easier to calm down in the event of irritability or overwork. It also helps preserve sleep quality. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, a precursor to the synthesis of serotonin. Vitamin B6 contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system. It also helps to reduce fatigue.

Directions for use
Oral. For adults only. Always take one capsule in the evening at bedtime with a glass of water (250 ml), for a minimum of 2 weeks, outside of mealtimes. Repeat if necessary. Repeat if necessary.
