Arkopharma Arkorelax Stress Control 30 Tablets helps to improve resistance during periods of overwork and to strengthen physical and emotional resistance while reducing fatigue.

Directions for use
Oral route. For adults only.
- Period of stress: Take 2 tablets in the morning to be swallowed with a large glass of water.
- More intense stress: Take 2 tablets in the morning and 1 tablet at lunchtime, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.

Recommendations
Do not take after 5pm. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not leave within the reach of young children.

Composition
magnesium glycerophosphate, bulking agents: cellulose and derivative, calcium phosphate, eleutherococcus root extract (eleutherococcus senticosus), rhodiola root extract (rhodolia rosea l. ), anti-caking agents: mono and di-fatty acid glyceride, magnesium stearate, starch, vitamin b6, colour: calcium carbonate, spirulina and apple colour concentrate. per 2 tablets: eleutherococcus root extract 300 mg, rhodiola root extract 180 mg, vitamin b6 1.4 mg 100% vnr*, magnesium 60 mg 16% vnr*. *nrv: nutritional reference value.
