What does Alvityl Mela-Sommeil provide ?
Without addiction, without rebound effect and for a chrononuit 7h action, Alvityl Mela-Sommeil acts both on falling asleep and on the quality of sleep, thanks to its unique formula that combines melatonin and 3 plants for a double action on sleep:

- Melatonin, a hormone that participates in the process of falling asleep thus reducing the time to fall asleep.
- Passiflora, a plant which helps optimal relaxation, particularly in cases of stress, and contributes to quality sleep
- Lemon balm, a plant from central and southern Europe.
- Chamomile, a herbaceous plant with daisy-like flowers, used since ancient times.

Directions for use
Alvityl Mela-Sommeil is a melatonin and plant-based dietary supplement for adults only. Take 1 capsule per evening with a large glass of water 30 minutes before bedtime.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For adults aged 18 and over only. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. People under medical supervision should ask their doctor for advice before taking this supplement.
