Frequency of use
Multiple times a day.

Directions for use
Apply before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after bathing or toweling off and perspiring. Apply generously (for example, 2 fingers of product on the equivalent of an arm). Reducing this amount reduces the level of protection.
