This program is opened to all The Parapharmacy clients who are willing to participate. The clients, with respect to the Loyalty Program, are those who have registered and have legal capacity to place an order on the website.
The loyalty program has started since 01/07/2011, date of its implementation on The Parapharmacy website. Only purchases completed after this date will give title to this advantage. In no way members who have placed an order before this date will be able to claim retroactive awarding of Loyalty points.
From the first order, from its confirmation and its shipping, and if the order was not subject to cancellation or refund, customers will accumulate loyalty points which can be converted into discount vouchers valid for all products available on our website. This system enables The Parapharmacy members either to use their points as soon as their second purchase on the website, or to add them up. In the first case, the client will be able to convert his/her points in order to take advantage of his/her earnings. The client will then receive a discount code available in the “My Loyalty Points” section. The code is immediately usable for the next order, and valid for 1 (one) year. As soon as the client confirms an order, the account of loyalty points will be updated and used points withdrawn of its balance. The balance is available immediately after the placing of the order by clicking on the “My Loyalty Points” section. However, points will be effectively credited on the account only after shipping. This advantage cannot be transferred, transmitted or exchanged for any other products or for the payment of its cash value. However, this program can be combined with the sponsorship program or other discount codes existing on the website. Any order placed on the website using loyalty points will always give new points corresponding to the amount of the new order.
The amount of an order allows the calculation of the loyalty points which will be granted to the client. The allocation of points is based on the amount all taxes included, before shipping fees are added. Currently, 1 euro worth of product ordered on the website entitles the client to 1 loyalty point. Each loyalty point is worth 1 cent (in euro). Any client who will cancel his order, or ask for its refunding, whatever the reason, will see the points for said order withdrawn. It will be the same in the event of a product substituted to another. Only the amount of an effective order is taken into account for the calculation of loyalty points.
The Parapharmacy Company reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the clients participating in the program. Clients participating in the program must authorize all necessary checking regarding the validity of their participation. If after verification litigious elements remain, the allocation of loyalty points could be denied. Any false claim will result in the immediate removal of the client from the program.
The Parapharmacy Company reserves the right, without notice, to change, extend, shorten, suspend or terminate, at anytime and for whatever reason, the Loyalty Program, completely or partially, without having to provide any justification, and without committing its responsibility in any way. In such case, clients will not be entitled to any compensation.
