Alvityl Mela-Sleep Flash is produced through a patented manufacturing process, its sublingual spray format guarantees fast action and better bioavailability of melatonin, without addiction. Melatonin is a hormone that participates in the process of falling asleep and thus reduces the time to fall asleep.

How to use
Shake well before employment. 2 sprays in the mouth, under the tongue for quick action.
Do not exceed 2 sprays per 24 hours.

• In case of sleep problems: take 30 minutes before bedtime.
• In the case of a wake-up call: to be taken during the night upon waking.
• In the event of a time difference: to be taken before bedtime on the first day of the trip and the few days following the day of the trip arrival at destination.
